The brief

A handcrafted handbag brand needed a Shopify storefront where every item is one-of-a-kind — a structural mismatch with standard e-commerce flows that assume repeatable SKUs.

The outcome

Scarcity became a selling point instead of a checkout friction. The brand voice now carries consistently from homepage through product detail to confirmation.
